Using Quietdesk

Quietdesk helps you read and answer messages sent to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorised to manage. You may only connect accounts you have permission to act for.

Meta's rules apply too

Messages sent through Quietdesk travel over Meta's official APIs and are subject to Meta's platform policies, including the limits on when you may message someone. You are responsible for what you send. Using Quietdesk for unsolicited messaging, or in any way that breaks Meta's policies, will end your account.

Your content

Your conversations and customer data are yours. We store and process them to run the product on your behalf, and for nothing else.

Availability

We work to keep Quietdesk running, but it depends on Meta's platforms, which can change or become unavailable outside our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Ending your account

You can close your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, and we will tell you why.
